Order Cancellations
Contact Hermy's as soon as possible to request a cancellation. A cancellation is not guaranteed after order processing, a supplier commitment, or shipment has begun. Hermy's may cancel an order because of a pricing or calculation error, product availability, payment or security concerns, or another justifiable reason. Hermy's will use the contact information supplied with the order to notify the customer. Any payment authorization or refund resulting from a cancellation is subject to the payment provider's processing time.
