Sale of Products and Parts

Prices displayed by the eStore apply to online orders and any disclosed shipping charges. Hermy's may correct typographical, pricing, or calculation errors, and prices may change without prior notice. If an order contains a pricing or calculation error, Hermy's will contact the customer using the information supplied with the order. Hermy's reserves the right to decline or cancel an order for a justifiable reason, including product availability, payment or security concerns, or a circumstance that could place Hermy's, the recipient, or another party in a vulnerable position.

Published Shipping Terms

Most orders are expected to ship within 2 to 10 business days after the order is completed. Hermy's uses USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard domestic shipping is $12.95 below $100 and free from $100, subject to checkout eligibility and any oversized, hazardous, or restricted-item exception. Inspect packages promptly and contact Hermy's immediately about missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Keep the product and all packaging until Hermy's provides instructions.

Published Return Terms

Contact Hermy's within 15 calendar days of delivery to request a return authorization number before sending anything back. Eligible returns must be new and unused, in complete original packaging, include every component, and must not have been installed, mounted, disassembled, or damaged through incorrect installation. Electrical parts are not returnable after they have been plugged in or unsealed. Customer-choice returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and customer-paid return freight. The fee and return freight do not apply when Hermy's shipped an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged or defective because of Hermy's fulfillment. Original freight and labor, towing, rental, or installation expenses are not reimbursable. After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method; the payment provider may require additional business days to post the credit.

Order Cancellations

Contact Hermy's as soon as possible to request a cancellation. A cancellation is not guaranteed after order processing, a supplier commitment, or shipment has begun. Hermy's may cancel an order because of a pricing or calculation error, product availability, payment or security concerns, or another justifiable reason. Hermy's will use the contact information supplied with the order to notify the customer. Any payment authorization or refund resulting from a cancellation is subject to the payment provider's processing time.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable Triumph manufacturer policy. Contact Hermy's before purchase if warranty eligibility is important. Manufacturer warranty generally does not cover damage or corrosion caused by accident, misuse, alteration, environmental conditions, normal wear or deterioration, improper installation, use outside the part's intended application, missing proof of purchase, an altered odometer, a vehicle classified as a total loss or salvage, or use outside the market for which the vehicle or part was produced. Non-Triumph parts and accessories are governed by their own manufacturers' policies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berks County, Pennsylvania.
