Ordering & Shipping
What are your US shipping rates?
Standard domestic shipping is $12.95 for orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Oversized, hazardous, or otherwise restricted items may require a separate freight quote before fulfillment.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are expected to ship within 2 to 10 business days. Genuine OEM and backordered parts can take longer because they may need to arrive from Triumph before Hermy's can ship them to you. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
Which carriers do you use?
Hermy's ships with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The service is selected based on the package and destination. Tracking is emailed after the order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
International checkout is not available during the initial launch. Hermy's will publish international destinations, rates, duties, returns, and eligible payment methods before enabling it.
How is sales tax calculated?
Applicable tax is calculated at checkout from the order and destination under current tax rules. The new store does not use the former fixed Pennsylvania tax statement.

Are these genuine Triumph parts?
Yes. Hermy's is an authorized Triumph dealer, and this eStore sells genuine Triumph OEM parts and accessories.
How do I find the right part?
Browse by motorcycle model and year, use an interactive assembly schematic, or search for a part number or description. If you are unsure, contact Hermy's with your VIN before ordering so the parts team can help confirm fitment.
How should I verify fitment?
Fitment information is a guide and can be affected by model year, VIN breaks, market specification, and modifications. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before installation. Contact Hermy's with your VIN when in doubt.
What if a part is discontinued?
A discontinued part is no longer produced under that part number. Contact Hermy's if you would like help checking for a superseding part number or an available alternative.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
Contact Hermy's within 15 calendar days of delivery for return authorization. Eligible items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale. Customer-choice returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and customer-paid return freight. The fee and return freight do not apply when Hermy's shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective because of fulfillment.
How do I request a return?
Email triumphestore@hermys.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending anything back.
What if an item is wrong or damaged?
Contact Hermy's promptly with your order number and photos when applicable. We will review the issue and provide return or replacement instructions.

Hermy's is a family-owned BMW and Triumph motorcycle dealership at its original Port Clinton location. Herman Baver Sr. opened the motorcycle and tire repair shop in 1963.
