Hermy's Triumph eStore Shipping Notes
Most orders are expected to ship within 2 to 10 business days after the order is completed. Hermy's uses USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard domestic shipping is $12.95 below $100 and free from $100, subject to checkout eligibility and any oversized, hazardous, or restricted-item exception. Inspect packages promptly and contact Hermy's immediately about missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Keep the product and all packaging until Hermy's provides instructions.
Shipping Rates
Standard domestic shipping is $12.95 below $100 and free from $100, subject to any disclosed oversized, hazardous, or restricted-item exception.
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard domestic shipping. Oversized, hazardous, or otherwise restricted items may require a separate freight quote before fulfillment.

Order Processing
Hermy's reviews paid orders during normal business operations. Tracking is emailed after shipment. Supplier-dependent items may require additional time, and Hermy's will contact the customer about material delays.
Delivery Times
Most orders are expected to ship within 2 to 10 business days. OEM, special-order, and backordered parts can take longer depending on manufacturer availability. Carrier transit time begins after the package leaves Hermy's.
Backordered Parts
Some genuine Triumph parts must be ordered from the manufacturer or may be backordered. If timing materially exceeds the normal estimate, Hermy's will contact you with the best available timing and any cancellation options that remain available.
Carriers
Hermy's ships with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service are selected based on package size, weight, restrictions, and destination.
Shipping Coverage
The initial launch supports domestic addresses accepted by checkout. International checkout is disabled. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO availability is determined by the services presented at checkout.
International Shipping
International checkout is disabled during the initial launch while destinations, carrier services, duties, returns, fraud controls, and payment eligibility are finalized.
International Payment
International payment is not available during the initial launch.
Sales Tax
Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on the order, shipping destination, and current tax rules.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect the package and contents promptly. Contact triumphestore@hermys.com with the order number and photographs if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Keep all packaging until Hermy's provides instructions.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at Hermy's Triumph eStore, 69 Centre Street, Port Clinton, PA, 19549. Choose Local Pickup at checkout; no shipping charge is added to a local-pickup order. Wait for Hermy's Triumph eStore to confirm that the order is ready before traveling to the store. Bring the order number and a photo ID, and pick up during posted store hours.
