Published Return Terms

Contact Hermy's within 15 calendar days of delivery to request a return authorization number before sending anything back. Eligible returns must be new and unused, in complete original packaging, include every component, and must not have been installed, mounted, disassembled, or damaged through incorrect installation. Electrical parts are not returnable after they have been plugged in or unsealed. Customer-choice returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and customer-paid return freight. The fee and return freight do not apply when Hermy's shipped an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged or defective because of Hermy's fulfillment. Original freight and labor, towing, rental, or installation expenses are not reimbursable. After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method; the payment provider may require additional business days to post the credit.
